RESEARCH × DESIGN × ENGINEERING

From research.To real-world tools.

A design & engineering studio for research.

We help university and research teams turn models into usable tools, connect research workflows and bring ideas into practice.

Let’s talk research

WHAT WE DO

Start with one real question.

We work alongside research teams. Define the problem first, then find the right technology and form. These are our areas of collaboration.

01

Model deployment & productization

Turn research code, algorithms and models into usable, deployable tools with a clear handover.

02

Research workflows & agents

Connect tools, data and human review around a recurring research task, with traceable execution.

03

Scientific illustration & communication

Publication figures, graphical abstracts, journal covers, academic posters, slides, video and public science communication.

WAYS WE WORK

Make possibilities
tangible.

From model execution to interfaces, and from source materials to human review, we define an implementation approach around your task and agree the scope and deliverables together.

HOW WE WORK

Start focused. Build deliberately.

Clear scope, staged feedback and inspectable results make collaboration concrete.

01

Define the question

Agree the intended users, one concrete scenario and expected results.

02

Validate together

Review materials and requirements. Set a focused project and acceptance criteria.

03

Build and refine

Discuss a working prototype and iterate through staged feedback.

04

Deliver and hand over

Check outcomes, document operation and agree ongoing responsibilities.

NOTES FROM THE STUDIO

Clarity before complexity.

All insights

Which research tasks are a good fit for agents?

Decide whether dynamic decisions are needed before choosing an agent, workflow or script.

Read the guide

What should a research team prepare before productizing a model?

A practical starting checklist, from runnable code to acceptance examples.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before we begin

Can we discuss an AI project now?

Yes. We review your requirements, materials, models and tools, then agree feasibility, scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria.

Can we work together on design only?

Yes. Scientific design and conference support can be scoped as a single deliverable or a set of materials.

What should I prepare for our first conversation?

A short background, the problem, available materials and timing are enough. Do not submit unpublished research data or files through this website.

GOOD QUESTIONS START GOOD PROJECTS

Bring a question.
Let’s work on it.

A model, a repetitive workflow, or research that deserves a clearer story. Start there.
