Form information

The form collects your name, institution, contact details, area of interest and goal, plus optional budget and timing, to assess and discuss your inquiry. The careers form also collects education or professional background, position, introduction and portfolio links, work location and availability for recruitment discussions, delivered to lab@rib.im. The site does not accept file uploads.

Processing and providers

Submissions are processed by the hosting server and sent to the business mailbox through Resend. The server temporarily keeps hashed network identifiers and request fingerprints in process memory. Rate-limit records expire after 10 minutes and deduplication records after 24 hours; both reset on restart. Providers may process information outside your region.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry content is kept in the receiving mailbox for follow-up. The team should periodically remove information no longer needed after a discussion ends. You can request access, correction or deletion using the email below. Formal project retention arrangements are agreed separately.

Usage analytics

The production website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views, referral sources, devices and page performance without analytics cookies. Form content and contact details are not sent to the analytics service. Local previews are excluded, and the script does not load when Do Not Track is enabled. Inquiry emails are handled separately; inquiry clicks and submission events are not currently measured.
