Every project has different goals and requirements. A written quotation defines the work, fees and delivery arrangements before work begins.
Project-based pricing
Fees depend on scope, quantity, complexity, deliverable formats and schedule. We provide a defined scope and quotation before starting; an inquiry alone does not commission work.
Deliverables and schedule
The quotation or agreement specifies outputs, file formats or operating environment, milestones and required client inputs. Digital files, software and training are delivered in the agreed manner.
Reviews and acceptance
Agree review points, revision rounds and acceptance criteria. Research teams review scientific content; software is checked against agreed features and test scenarios. Scope changes require a separate fee and schedule agreement.
Support and project changes
Contact the project lead or business email for changes, cancellation or refund requests. We review the agreement, work completed and delivery circumstances, then confirm a resolution in writing under the agreement and applicable law.
Confidentiality and permissions
Clients must have the necessary rights to supplied materials. Data use, confidentiality, source files and usage rights are agreed before work begins. Client material is not published without permission.
Fees and written records
Confirm services, fees, the receiving entity and payment milestones before payment. Discuss invoicing needs in advance. Keep written records of quotations, changes, delivery and acceptance.
