Can we talk before the brief is complete?

Yes. Start with the situation and outcome you have in mind. We can clarify the scope together.

What should we prepare for scientific illustration?

Draft text or sketches, the key research message, use, visual references and deadline are enough to begin. Figures, graphical abstracts, covers, posters, slides, video and outreach can be scoped together.

Can we upload papers or research files here?

This website collects basic inquiry details only. Material transfer, confidentiality, access permissions and handover are agreed separately.

Will our project appear on your website?

No. Research content, screenshots and delivered files are not used for website promotion. Start with the service type, workload and timing; research details are not needed for the initial inquiry.

When will we know the cost and schedule?

After reviewing content volume, complexity, use and deadline, we agree the quote, schedule and revision scope before production begins.
